設定步驟

從 Funraise 控制台複製 endpoint URL
登入 app.mcp.funraise.ai，複製儀表板上的 endpoint URL。

進入 Notion Settings → Connections
在 Notion 桌面或 web 版點左上工作空間名稱 → Settings → 找到 Connections 分頁（部分版本顯示為 Integrations）。
需要 Notion 工作空間管理員權限才能新增 Connector。個人 free 版可能看不到此選項。

Add MCP Connector
在 Connections 頁面點 Add new 或 Add MCP Connector：
• Name:Funraise MCP• URL: 貼上 endpoint URL點 Connect。
Notion 介面選項名稱可能隨版本調整，請依官方最新說明為準（見下方連結）。

完成 OAuth 授權
Notion 會跳轉到 Funraise OAuth 授權頁，用您的 Google 或 Microsoft 帳號登入並授權。

在 Notion AI 對話中使用
回到任一 Notion 頁面，呼叫 Notion AI（
/ai或 Cmd/Ctrl + J）。在 AI 對話中直接問與 PropTech 相關的問題：• 「用 Funraise MCP 查信義區 A 級商辦平均月租金」• 「跑都更投報試算：基地 600 ㎡、住三、容獎 0.42」Notion AI 會自動呼叫 Funraise 對應工具。
疑難排解
Connections 分頁不存在 / 看不到 Add MCP
MCP Connector 功能需要 Notion AI 訂閱方案（Plus + AI 或以上）。Free 與 Personal Pro 不含 AI Connector。詳見 Notion 官方說明。
授權後 Funraise 工具沒出現
Notion AI 預設只有在問題明確需要外部資料時才會呼叫 MCP。請在 prompt 明確指示「用 Funraise MCP 查」，提高觸發機率。
Notion MCP Connector 介面選項與設定路徑會隨 Notion 版本更新，本指引可能落後實際 UI。最新設定方式請參考 Notion 官方 Connector 說明文件。
